About Me

Sarah Norton

Throughout my professional life I have worked with people when they are experiencing challenging, painful and perhaps confusing times. I believe strongly that any of us can encounter difficulties like this from time to time, and that this is part of what makes us unique human beings.

Accepting help from a counsellor can be transformative and enable you to find more harmony in your life. I understand that taking the first step of getting in touch may feel daunting. My hope is that having an initial telephone conversation with me will help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you and enable you to begin to feel confident that together we can create change.
